Kalekh is another SSSD who joined us from JJ Bragg's Seppala Kennels in May 2011, via a sled tour business he spent the winter of 2010 - 2011 working for, in Canada.
He's very reasonable sized male, of the type best described as being an "easy keeper". This translates to, he gains weight very easily. Solid is a word often used to describe Kalekh.
A wonderfully calm dog, he doesn't appreciate nonsense on the line at hook up and just wants to get on down the trail. He is a strong contributor anywhere on the team and has even stepped up to run lead on occasion.
